about this workshop

Learn the creative and meditative process of suminagashi marbling and create marbled designs on silk and paper in this workshop at The Refillerii.

In this creative workshop, you'll relax into the flow of Suminagashi and float colorful inks on the surface of a bath of water to make mesmerizing marbled designs on ceramic ornaments, wooden items, cards & envelopes, and a variety of papers, perfect for the gifting season. You'll be guided through a simple instruction for this nature-inspired, ancient Japanese marbling process, then flow with ink and grounded tranquility in this artful, meditative experience as you create one-of-a-kind designs.

All materials provided to create a collection of marbled papers, cards, ornaments, and other creative gifts. This workshop is great for beginners and no experience is necessary. Save your spaces today!
