about:

I’m a New York city-based artist, writer, meditation teacher, and creative guide. My work centers on empowering creative and embodied practice through art, writing, movement, reflection, conversation, and connection with the environment, and facilitating mindful, creative experiences.

I’m the founder of Odette Press, a small batch stationery studio, specializing in handcrafted journals dedicated to the art of the everyday and the nature of life, made to support self-discovery through inner study and the act of writing.

As a writer, I write lyrical essays, create video experiences, and produce a weekly podcast centering on the relationships between embodiment, art, communities, creative expression, and the nature of life. Read it on Substack.

As a photographer, I center my lens on food, landscapes, portraits, small business products, and creative environments.

My practice exists at many intersections: of cooking and lyricism, movement and making, image and word. I explore life through contemplative investigations, community building, movement and meditation and breath work, photography, immersion in nature, road trips, sound documentation, question-asking, conversation, sense experiences, and experience design as ways of developing intuitive understanding of self, each other, and the world.

I guide one on one creative sessions for the contemplative-curious, and my workshops for teams and small groups in New York City and beyond focus on paper marbling, bookbinding, and mindful journaling serve as foundations for conversation, connecting to yourself, connecting to the Earth, and coming back to creativity. Reach out! Let’s work together.
