about:
I’m a New York city-based artist, writer, meditation teacher, and creative guide. My work centers on empowering creative and embodied practice through art, writing, movement, reflection, conversation, and connection with the environment, and facilitating mindful, creative experiences.
I’m the founder of Odette Press, a small batch stationery collection, specializing in handcrafted journals dedicated to the art of the everyday and the nature of life, made to support self-discovery through inner study and the act of writing.
I explore life through contemplative investigations, walking, writing, immersion in nature, road trips, photo documentation, meditation, question-asking, conversation, connection with sense experiences, cooking, baking, hiking, and image-making as ways of developing intuitive understanding of self, each other, and the world.
As a writer, I publish lyrical essays, video experiences, and produce a weekly podcast centering on the relationships between embodiment, art, communities, creative expression, the earth, and the nature of life. Read on Substack.
Always in search of a tactile experience, I center my art on paper marbling, bookbinding, cooking, journaling, photography, experience design, and writing. I lead one on one creative sessions for the creative, contemplative-curious, and workshops for teams and small groups in New York City around the globe that serve as foundations for conversation, connecting to yourself, connecting to the earth, and coming back to creativity.
