Each one on one Zoom session is a highly personalized experience. Returning to a meditation practice? Transitioning from one season of life into the next? Curious to start, restart, or spark a creative, contemplative practice? Drawing up from Earth-centered spiritual practice, embodiment, meditation, breath, conversation, journaling, and reading/listening resources, you’ll empower and inspire your daily life in practical, tangible increments to enact lasting change.

What are creative life sessions?

Creative life sessions are one on one experiences held live on Zoom. They are guidance, mentorship, support; while transformative, they are not therapeutic.

What is the process?

First, we’ll schedule an introductory call to make sure these sessions are a good fit. From there, we’ll schedule your one time or monthly sessions. Each session takes place on Zoom.

I changed my mind, can these be refunded?
Rescheduling must take place 24h in advance of your sessions. No refunds.
