Build seasonality into your writing and creative rhythms. Centering our practice together on Zoom, we’ll go through reflective prompts for the transitional season to reflect on the past season and inspire our practices for the months ahead.

Bring a notebook and pen, and settle into your creative space. I’ll have my audio and video on for you, and share prompts, practices, and resources, but you can show up however feels good to you — you’re never required to reflect out loud or share. Your journaling practice is personal and I respect your creative process.

All seasonal sessions will be recorded, and you’ll have access to them on Substack after our session.
