Valentine’s Day: a sometimes weird and strange day. But loving yourself and the world around you from the inside out -- that’s something we benefit from every day. 

In this special Valentine’s Day class, explore a heart centered approach to life living, shape making, creative practice, and journal writing: explore affirmations, movements to spark joy and inspiration, writing to connect to you, and ways to connect to the world around you -- through through writing, through breathing, through creative practice as a channel for connection and care. 

Connect from the inside out, as you move from inner experience to outer experience. This class includes: writing prompts for savoring joy, for self care and compassion!  gentle movements, breathwork, and rhythms to remind you of the love that exists within you and around you at all times, no matter what holiday or day it is! And ways to remind yourself through ritual and routine of these loving practices. 

Come prepared to write, to draw, to breathe, to move, and to celebrate love starting from within.
