about the workshop:

In this class, explore a heart centered approach to life living, writing, and creative practice. We’ll explore affirmations, small movements to spark joy and inspiration, writing to connect to yourself, and prompts to connect to the world around you.

Connect to yourself, your environment, and those around you as you move from inner experience to outer awareness.

This class includes:

  • Writing prompts for savoring joy, for self care and compassion

  • Gentle movements and, breathing to remind you of the love that exists within you

  • Ideas for rituals and routines for self love

Come prepared to write, to draw, to breathe, to move, and to celebrate love starting from within.
