about this workshop:
In this workshop, you’ll explore mindful journaling drawing, breath, and moving to find a journaling practice that fits your life. Warm up with writing for flow, experiment with prompts to focus your ideas and intentions, and try out prompts to connect more deeply with the world around you. You’ll be guided through a brief meditation, and learn how to pair a writing practice with your everyday life. You'll leave with an array of expressive, creative practices for writing and supporting your life in the process. If you've been curious about journaling, have wondered how to start a journaling practice, this is for you!
