In this class, you'll infuse your journal writing with equalizing, centering, and grounding techniques to bring you back to mind/body/earth connection: you’ll be guided through writing prompts, affirmations, visualizations, gentle movements, and breathwork to root you in body/mind/spirit as you build a nourishing and nurturing connection with yourself and the earth around you.
