Why journal? Journaling helps us to know ourselves, support ourselves, and build awareness of the beauty and complexity of our own inner landscapes.
In this class, you’ll cycle through multiple types of expressive, creative writing and drawing; explore meditative breathing and visualization; and move through gentle stretches to enrich your writing practice. You’ll be guided through a variety of ways to work with a journaling practice to be responsive to your unique needs. Life isn’t a one size fits all endeavor, and neither is your journaling practice.
